THE SWINDON MARTIAL ARTS ALLIANCE CHRISTMAS PARTY 2006

On the 8th of December 2006 the S.M.A.A held its first Christmas party. Everybody enjoyed themselves and I personally think it was a roaring success, thank you all for supporting this event.

If you are a student and have any good ideas for next year or there is some thing you would like changed please put it forward to your instructor/coach and we will take it into consideration.

TONY MOORE SEMINAR - 26th NOV 2006

On the 26th of November 2006 the Black Dragon Camp was invited down to the GL1 Muay Thai Camp in Gloucester to take part in the Tony Moore Seminar .

Tony Moore, Muay Thai Champions of Champions 1988 Gold Sash 9th Degree in Krabi Krabong (highest ranking instructor in Krabi Krabong out side of Thailand) and author of 'Muay Thai - the Essential Guide' gave an excellent seminar in authentic Muay Thai. A big, big thank you to Tony from the Black Dragon Camp and a big thank you to my good friend Neville Grant for inviting us.

KAPATIRAN ARNIS SEMINAR - SEPT 2006

On the 3rd of September I travelled down to Bristol with Martin Forsyth to take part in are second seminar in Kapatiran Arnis I had a great day and it was defiantly value for money. I would like to take this opportunity to thank John James for inviting me and a big thank you to World Champions Jude Tucker and John Harvey for their unlimited knowledge.

THE SANDY HOLT SEMINAR IN BOLTON - AUG 2006

On the 12th August 2006 I travelled down to Bolton with the GL1 Muay Thai Camp to train with the legendary Muay Thai Champion, Instructor & commentator of the popular Channel 5 'Now Is The Time - Night Of Combat', yes, of course I am talking about the great Sandy Holt.

Everyone had an excellent time! Sandy, a most colourful character was on top form and I found him an inspiration and a true martial artist, thank you for a great day!

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my good friend Neville Grant, Chief Instructor of GL1 Muay Thai Camp for inviting me and of course my designated driver and student Martin Forsyth.

On the 18th March 2006 Black Dragon Martial Arts held its first 'in house' seminar in Genshin Kai Ju Jitsu.

The feedback from the students who attended, indicated it was a roaring success.
