K-1 KICKBOXING AS A SPORT

On the sport side K-1 is designed to be one of the most toughest stand up combat arts in the world with it’s power kicks, boxing hand speed and co-ordination and its devastating knees and elbows.

In the Swindon based Black Dragon K-1 kickboxing camp we make it as safe as possible. We practice light sparring in a controlled atmosphere wearing ful protective padding because we realize most people have professional jobs or school in the morning. Be warned, K-1 Kickboxing is still physically tough and we do not give our grades away, you will have to earn them.
